A complex request can require different information, documents and checks depending on the selected journey. The challenge was to turn these steps into a clear, continuous experience that also works well on a smartphone.
The solution.
ZenCode Solutions developed a responsive web app with dynamic, controlled journeys. The workflow guides information collection, manages steps and attachments, provides checks and a summary, and communicates with the backend and the operational systems involved.
