Digital training grounded in your team’s work.
Objectives, roles and practical scenarios come before the syllabus, so digital tools and processes work in day-to-day operations.

Context first.
Then the solution.
A generic guide is not enough when different people perform different tasks. We start with the team’s activities and agree on content, examples and delivery format based on the tools they need to adopt.
When you introduce a new tool, change a process or need people in different roles to use it consistently.
How the training programme takes shape.
Review of the roles and activities to support
Objectives and syllabus defined together
Exercises based on agreed scenarios
Materials and follow-up support to be agreed
Every choice
has a reason.
We share priorities and decisions. We define the scope before starting and keep you involved as the project takes shape.

The value in your context.
Clearer steps
The programme is built around the actions each role needs to perform, not an abstract list of features.
Relevant examples
Exercises can use scenarios agreed with the team and data suitable for training.
Shared knowledge
The goal is to make day-to-day use of the tools less dependent on informal explanations.
Let’s make things clear.
A few answers to help you get to know us.
Ask ZenCode a questionIs training included in software development?
Not automatically. Coaching, materials and sessions must be included in the proposal, with the participants and objectives clearly defined.
Can you train people in different roles?
Yes. We can define objectives and practical scenarios for the roles involved. The format depends on the activities, number of participants and tools being used.
Do you also provide training on tools you did not develop?
We assess each request by reviewing the tools, required expertise and team availability. We do not promise training on every platform.
