Fuorisalone Passport needed to bring registration, consent management, personal QR codes and visitor scanning at exhibition stands into a single multi-tenant workflow. Each participating company had to be able to authorise its own operators while ensuring every scan was correctly attributed to the company, event, operator and visitor. During Design Week, the platform also had to remain available, be monitored continuously, support rapid intervention and make the resulting data available for analysis and reporting.
ZenCode Solutions oversaw the same system from launch and live operation through to analysis of the collected data. Official figures from the 2026 pilot document the scale handled by the platform. The project continues with development of the mobile scanner for exhibition stands, building on the previous web-based scanner.
