Pannelli: from exhibitor content to a print-ready stand panel.

ZenCode Solutions developed Pannelli, a web application that coordinates the collection, review and finalisation of content for Domani Lavoro stand panels, from each company’s draft to the large-format print-ready PDF.
The challenge.
Domani Lavoro brings companies and candidates together at an event dedicated to human resources and recruitment. Preparing each stand panel required different content — logo, location, company profile, website and open positions — while keeping format, completeness and approval status under control. The challenge was to coordinate exhibitors and organisers through clear, verifiable steps.
The solution.
ZenCode Solutions built a React and Laravel platform with separate access for companies and administrators. Each exhibitor completes its panel, can save an incomplete draft and confirms it once all required information is ready. Administrators oversee the full workflow, assign the stand number and digital showcase link, and can update a panel after publication when needed. The system generates either a provisional or final 100 × 300 cm vector PDF containing the logo, company profile, open positions, optional CV area and QR code.

Approved content flows directly into the production file while roles remain separate and the status of each panel stays visible. Drafts remain editable until confirmation, while a provisional PDF makes it possible to review the layout before the final stand and showcase details are assigned. The organisers therefore have a consistent foundation for producing the event’s printed materials.
