The challenge.
Applying for an electricity or gas supply involves personal and technical data, documents, payment methods and checks that vary with the selected plan. The challenge was to turn this complex process into a clear, continuous experience that also works well on a smartphone.
The solution.
Commissioned by OTO Agency, ZenCode Solutions developed a responsive web app with dynamic journeys for electricity, gas and combined plans. The wizard guides users through personal and supply details, address entry, document uploads, payment selection and final review. An application backend and back office support the integrations and operational tasks required by the process.

The journey brings every stage of the online application into one workflow. Guided navigation adapts the requested information to the selected plan and keeps progress and the summary visible on both smartphones and computers, through to preparation of the required contractual steps.
